This new way of work introduces a hybrid working model for Mediclinic Southern Africa (MCSA) Corporate Office employees. Eligible employees will be required to be in the office (25 Du Toit Street, Stellenbosch) for two scheduled days a week and the other three days will be worked from home. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To strategically design and implement information systems and networked software architectures that support core Mediclinic functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Manage key account and stakeholder relations Design and develop systems according to business requirements Maintain systems Test systems according to functional and technical requirements Perform administration and feedback Lead and manage the people in the development team  

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: At least 10-15 years relevant work experience in a dynamic corporate IT environment Desired: Experience working with Microsoft Technologies

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Perform unit testing of programs to ensure the output meets business functional requirements
• Program maintenance, debugging problems and correcting coding errors.
• Develop software solutions using agreed software programming languages and frameworks
• Project management principles and methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
• Microsoft Technologies
• Manage the gathering, documentation and analysis of business requirements
• Design programs in accordance with agreed standards
• Document Functional and Technical design specifications
