Job Description

Business Development manager is required in a big consultancy organization in Egypt and Ksa ● Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction ● Arrange business meetings with prospective clients ● Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines ● Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. ● Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support with clients. ● Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients. ● Develop short term and long term marketing plan Good benefits: ----------------------● Medical insurance. ● Social insurance. ● Quarter annual bonus. ● Attractive salary (Basic Salary up to 12000 EGP basic salary with commission policy). ● Car allowance

Job Requirements

● Bachelor in Electrical or Mechanical engineering. ● 8-10years’ experience in business development in consultancy offices or contracting companies. ● Working under big stress. ● AutoCAD skills. ● Marketing studies ● Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role. ● Experience in customer support ● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)● Proficiency in English ● Contracts awareness (specially fidic contract)● Market knowledge ● Communication and negotiation skills ● Ability to build rapport ● Time management and planning skills
