Responsibilities : - To attend to sales enquiries, walk-in customers and incoming calls. - To assist in sales and marketing activities. - To assist in compiling and updating of marketing material. - To conduct market research and survey on property market development. - To monitor all related Booking Contract/Sale and Purchase Agreement/ Letter of intent/Rental Agreement signing process. - To monitor payment collection and prepare weekly report on payment collection updates. - To prepare and monitor progress work done report and issuance of architect certificate. - To generate progress billing/ rental invoice to respective purchasers/ tenants and/or end financier. - To liaise with in house legal counsel, external lawyers, purchasers/tenants, end-financiers, etc on payment processing matters i.e. loan drawdown, rental payment, etc. - To follow up, manage and monitor payment collection, tenancy/lease renewal/ termination/expiration. - To assist and prepare loan/end-financier administrative paper works and any other documentation compilation related to conveyancing matters. - To handle KPKT(JPN) permit, license and submitting reports - To assist in Pre-Vacant Possession process, issue Statement of Account for Vacant Possession Notice. - To handle and coordinate defects claim report during DLP. - To assist in arranging of dispatch of documents, photocopy/binding/filing of documents. - Be responsive to any sales admin and credit control queries raised by head of department/customers/end-financiers/solicitors and to provide high level of customer service. - To assist and take part on any Property Development activities and any ad hod tasks as and when required. Requirements : - Minimum 2 years experience from related field. - Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Marketing/Management or equivalent. - Able to communicate and write in English and  *Bahasa Malaysia*. - Able to perform basic computer skills including Microsoft offices, email correspondences, internet browser etc. - Confident, well communication, responsive, responsible, and able to work as a team.
