Robert Walters Philippines A new and exciting Real Estate Management & General Services Head job has become available at an insurance company based in Makati. About the Real Estate Management & General Services Head Role: The Real Estate Management & General Services Head will oversee the planning, maintenance and management of the company's real estate portfolio (covering both office and clinics) to ensure cost-effective and safe/secure workplace for all employees. Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews and plans work stations based on current and projected workforce plan and to ensure employees welfare and safety. ensuring ergonomic requirements are met
- Manages partners providing general services (e.g. janitorial/messengerial) ensuring cost effectiveness and delivery of SLAs
- Ensures compliance with all environment, health, safety and security regulatory requirements and standards; ensures physical security and safety of employees and properties across the different company locations. Oversees conduct of required safety and security training. Chairs regular EHS Committee meetings as required by the law
- 10 years of relevant work experience, five years in a managerial function; with proven expertise in general services and experience in a similar development organisation is an advantage
- Excellent operations and project management, budget and supply chain management, inventory and warehouse management, and market analysis
- Excellent leadership, monitoring and evaluation, coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and client-orientation skills
- Highly proficient in liaising, coordinating, networking, and client orientation skills
