We are looking for a highly driven and motivated individual to work with us in planning and implementing innovative campaigns for our multi-national clients. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Design and manage all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Plan and manage our social media platforms.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance and presentations once the report ends.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Create and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, practices, and website analytics.
- Strong understanding of CMS and Website Platforms with Analytical Data Analyzation is required.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
