About Jeeny: Jeeny is a mobile application that eases daily commuting and transportation. By connecting you with your preferred mode of transportation, we are fulfilling our aim of making mobility accessible, affordable, and flexible for all. We are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA. Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However, in 2016, it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan. We have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi. About the Role: Partnership Specialist is responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with other businesses, organizations, and stakeholders to enhance the company's visibility, and services, expand its user base, and drive revenue growth. Established in 2014 as Easy Taxi and revamped in 2016 as Jeeny, we are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA. Currently operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan, we have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi. About the Role: As a Partnership Specialist at Jeeny, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with businesses, organizations, and stakeholders. Your efforts will enhance our company's visibility, expand our user base, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities:

Identifying Potential Partnerships:
Conduct research to identify potential partners aligned with Jeeny's goals and target market
Negotiation and Contract Management:
Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure favorable terms
Manage the development and execution of partnership agreements
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
Address concerns and explore collaboration opportunities for mutual benefit
Promotion and Marketing Collaborations:
Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility, user acquisition, and customer engagement
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze partnership performance metrics, gather insights, and prepare regular reports
Make data-driven recommendations to enhance partnership effectiveness
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless integration of partnerships into the overall business strategy
Staying Informed about Industry Trends:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Proactively identify and pursue potential partnerships aligning with Jeeny's objectives
Problem Resolution:
Address issues or challenges that arise in partnerships, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining positive relationships

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in strategic partnerships, marketing, or business development
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to navigate challenges effectively
Knowledge of industry trends and competitors is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
