M&A Associate partner (financial services)

Meraki Talent is currently recruiting for an M&A Associate Partner (financial services) or Director to join a global professional service firm in Bahrain. Duties:

• Be able to own each step of an M&A process, executing buy- and sell-side M&A projects in the financial service industry (banking, insurance, asset management etc)
• Take responsibility for the preparation of marketing documents and client deliverables including teasers, information memorandum, process letters, etc.
• Guide and coach junior team members.
• Identify new business opportunities and pitch to clients, including the preparation and presentation of proposals.
• Network, build and maintain relationships with clients and with the firms international network.

• Experience either in corporate finance, corporate development or investment banking.
• You have executed significant M&A engagements in the financial services sector.
• Track record of participating in buy- and sell-side M&A processes.
• You display business acumen/commercial awareness and can identify business development opportunities.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead teams to produce outstanding results for clients.
