- Lead the Aftersales Team towards delivering excellent customer service that supports overall business goal.
- Provides overall direction in the product repair and installation and monitor service performance to ensure customer satisfaction thru the agreed service KPIs.
- Develops, communicates and implements the strategic direction of the aftersales team in accordance with the overall company goals.
- Plans and leads the aftersales team in monitoring and controlling financials in regard to warranty and operational expenses.
- Manages Aftersales Service KPI to improve customer satisfaction and achieve maximum efficiency.
- Drives the improvement of quality through the interface with the Quality Control, Consumers and Product Division or Manufacturing to ensure high level of product quality.
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery at the Customer Care Center at all times taking also into consideration the cost efficiency.
- Ensure the proper repair process to satisfy and control warranty requirements.
- Establishes directions with Parts Department to ensure proper parts stocking of parts for existing and current models.
- Monitor VOC-Voice of Customer to ensure speedy and fairly complaint resolution.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Engineering.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ideally with 5-10 Yrs experience in managing service team on the same industry or equivalent. #J-18808-Ljbffr
