RESPONSIBILITIES: • Attending to sales inquiries call, reply customer''s email and follow up with customers. • Cold calling. • Issue Quotation, Proforma Invoice and Invoice. • Maintain records of sales leads and call log. • Follow up lead status with sales representative. • Generate monthly sales lead and quote stage report. • Assist salesperson request. • Other duties as required and assigned by supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration or related field. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Experience in administrative or indoor sales would be an added advantage. • Basic computer knowledge and skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Required language(s): Mandarin, English Bahasa Malaysia Work Schedule: This job has the following work schedule: Monday - Friday Benefits & Perks This job has the following benefits: Medical coverage Training & professional development Joining Bonus This job is located in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia.
