About the job SAVP - Strategic Finance and Special Projects

• To provide 10-15 year forecasts for parent and consolidated including contribution from new subsidiaries/affiliates for FDC to analyze income trajectory as well as long term funding requirements
• To review dividend policies of parent and subsidiaries/affiliates
• To review capital structure of existing subsidiaries and recommend capital structures for upcoming projects,
• To provide detailed financial modeling and deal structure for new projects but not limited to power, infrastructure, real estate/REIT, hospitality, sugar and new sectors
• To lead or provide assistance on detailed budgeting and feasibility for start-ups and new departments/companies with exposure on project management
• To initiate deep dive analyses on existing subsidiaries/affiliates
• To compute for Sum of the Parts/Net Asset Value of FDC on a quarterly basis
• To assist Business Development on due diligence process and valuation for M&A Activities
• To assist in fund-raising activities
• To prepare term sheets and deal structures
• To prepare memos and presentation materials for Excom and Board
• Special projects as required The personnel under Corporate Finance can also be the pool for potential CFOs/Finance Executives for our various subsidiaries and affiliates in the medium to long term.

• 7-10 years experience in financial modeling, corporate planning, deal structuring
• With CFA or MBA in Finance
• Has led a team of analysts
• Experienced in budgeting, forecasting, structuring
• Good handle of Accounting and Finance; expert in Excel or Financial Modeling
• With leadership and excellent written and verbal communication skills
