AVP / Senior Associate, Business Finance - Central Mismatch Unit, Group Finance

Business Function Group Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes. We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions - whether in the areas of product development or customer profitability. We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services. The bank is also a certified Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) for the Singapore Qualification Programme by the Singapore Accountancy Commission and an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Approved Employer. Business Finance providing business control and MIS support to Group balance sheet strategies and internal funds transfer pricing. Responsibilities

• Prepare MIS P&L reporting, forecasting and budgeting for Central Mismatch Unit
• Analyze P&L drivers of Central Mismatch Unit to facilitate forecasting and simulation
• Track performance to balance sheet strategies
• Perform business and financial controls including GL account certification and data reconciliation / monitoring
• Facilitate dashboarding / automation and other strategic projects
• Participate in system and reporting tool enhancements

Requirements The successful candidate should have knowledge of banking products, and work experience in MIS reporting, financial reporting, business unit control or product control. The candidate must be able to work within a team environment as well as independently.

• Accountancy graduate or Business / Finance graduate with good accounting background
• Minimum 4 years' working experience preferably in banks or financial institutions
• Good banking and treasury product knowledge
• Accounting treatment of banking products
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
• Programming / coding skills are highly valued
