Project Role : Application Support Engineer Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Must have Skills : Oracle MDM Product Data Hub Good to Have Skills : No Technology Specialization, Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : a: Should be able to support Oracle Product Information Management Data Hub b: Should perform duties related to the documentation, business process and production support c: Should be able to work in UK shift and extended on call support services d: Should be able to prepare client presentations and dashboards Technical Experience : a:Should have minimum 5 years of strong support Knowledge on Oracle MDM implementation b: experience in Oracle Product Hub PDH, Customer Hub CDH, Supplier Hub SDH and Site Hub involving Data Governance, ETL and Data Quality processes c: Experience in data quality tools Oracle EDQ and EDQP integrating with Oracle MDM applications d: Knowledge on Oracle MYSQL will be an added advantage e: Resource with Technical and functional knowledge is preferred Professional Attributes : a: Excellent analytical and problem solving skills b: Strong written and verbal communication skills c: Should have Client facing quality and should work with client ASLs d: Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and across multiple initiatives Educational Qualification : BE/Btech/Mtech/MCA Additional Information : a: Excellent analytical and problem solving skills b: Strong written and verbal communication skills c: Should have Client facing quality and should work with client ASLs d: Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and across multiple initiatives Oracle MDM,CDH Designation: Application Support Engineer Vacancies: 4 Experience: 3.5 Year(s) - 5.5 Year(s)
