Duties & responsibilities - Online payments, issue cheques, PV, Salary vouchers, DN, etc
- Prepare summary for claims
- Filing
- Knowledge of Autocount will have an added advantage
- To record invoices, monitor trade creditors, prepare aging report, credit control
- Call customer
- Record subcon claims
- Prepare workers' wages summary
- Update company assets, deposits filing
- Provide info to accounts for keying in
- General correspondences
- Handle calls, write emails, letters
- Assist in recruitment, shortlisting candidates
- Assist in systems & methods
- General banking where required
- General Office administration works incl make police report if worker runaway. Report format will be provided. Just fill in the blank and pass to officer to prepare report.
- Provide secretarial assistance in daily Operations
Requirements
- Min Diploma in related field
- Min 3 years related experience
- Age 23-40 years old
- Fair in spoken English, BM & Chinese (If possible)
- Fair in written English, BM
- Able to liaise with foreign workers, govt dept, clients, etc
- Able to travel in klang valley for work if necessary
- Able to work min 2 days per week full day
- Those with valid driving license and car has an added advantage
