Full Job Description

Tendering Manager-BMS/EPMS Systems- Digital Building specially Cloudand Service Providers Segment. Role Objective: Tendering Manager willplay a pivotal role ensuring BMS/PMS customers & Data Centre StrategicAccounts have a consistent and first-rate quotation experienceglobally. Tendering manager will work with multiple Sales teams toensure delivery of on-time, accurate, profitable techno commercialproposals in a global consistent format. Responsibilities 1. AnalyseRFQs (Request for Quotation) from Customer 2. Assist Account Manager(Sales) during technical and commercial clarification pertainingproposal with clients. 3. Follow Schneider Electric Tenderinggovernance process. • Participate in S1/ SOC/RSOC/P0 review calls. 4.Work with Cross Functional Teams includingfinance,contracts,procurement, SRM,legal etc. 5. Prepare designschemes and solutions ( point schedules, system architectures,BOQ’setc) based on the requirements and client requests. Prepare costing asper standard process and tools. 6. Prepare offer documentationconsistent with validated data provided by sales team. 7. Closely workwith sales for offer submissions complying to internal process &necessary approval in place before offer submission. Preparesmanagement presentations, effectively presenting Management Reviewpackage for approvals. 8. Perform risk and opportunityanalysis,technical gap analysis, cash flow etc. 9. Review contractalignment with Schneider Electric’s business rules. Drive and helpmake decisions for issues that impact at a Tender Level 10. Analysecost/price data from suppliers/subcontractors, with the ability togenerate comparative data (historical costs and other metrics) as partof the cost/price analysis. Liaise with the Procurement department tonegotiate with approved vendors / suppliers and subcontractors forvarious supplies / material as per project (pre/ post tender). 11. Todeliver a winning bid, with a clear scope with accurate technical andcommercial commitments in a timely manner and within the definedtender budget that will result in a clearly defined and profitablecontract. 12. Willing to quickly adapt sales stage situations, learnevery day & support sales team. 13. Keep liaison with Project Managerfor the on-site actual execution of projects and lessons learned to beable to prepare future competitive tenders. Assists projects inidentifying scope deviations and change orders. QualificationsRequirements. • College degree in mechanical/electrical/electronic/ITengineering with 7 to 10 years of experience in relevant industry • Beable to demonstrate related work experience and a strong track recordin similar role for BMS/EMS systems • Strong technical knowledge inBMS and EMS systems • Strong knowledge of EPC and customer base inData centre segment will be preferred. • Strong communication,presentation skills and time management skills • Ability to workindependently while also collaborating with global teams and complyingto global standards. • Ability to engage with Customers and AccountManagers in workshops and draw out technical requirements • Able totake decisions in complex context based on imperfect/missingconditions • Proven expertise or ability to learn and excel very fastwith new BMS/EMS platforms Schedule: Full-time Req: N5W Amazon Is Hiring Graduates - Apply Now Sponsored · jobs / Why this ad? ▼ Ready To Chart Your Path In Amazon Operations?
