Listed 2 days Ago Stabicraft Manufacturing - Other Group CFO – our next Adventure Engineer Due to the exciting expansion of Stabicraft manufacturing into the USA along with rapid growth of our established Invercargill and Auckland factories, we have a rare opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced CFO who will enable the Stabicraft team to deliver on our ambitious growth strategy. Check us out at About the Role Based in Invercargill and reporting to the CEO, you will provide leadership and direction of the Finance Group function for the Stabicraft Group. This includes strategic oversight of the function to ensure the group achieves performance, profitability and compliance objectives, and development and delivery of business improvement and transformation activities. In time, you will also perform the role of Company Secretary for the Stabicraft Group and ensure compliance with all legal and statutory objectives. You will have the following key responsibilities:- Oversee the formulation of the Finance vision and direction in conjunction with the Finance Manager, which is in line with the organisational strategy and underpins the group's current and likely future business requirements.
- Take an all-group approach to leading the delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Proactively contribute to environmental scanning and analysis to understand global, national and local issues and trends and how they may impact the group.
- Ensure the delivery of strategic financial management and investment advice to the Advisory Board and Senior Leadership Team.
- Drive and deliver research and analysis, reporting on costs and benefits of immediate and future business opportunities and making recommendations to the SLT and Advisory Board.
- Grow the overall group balance sheet (i.e. assets and liabilities), Return on Investment, profitability, and income from the group businesses.
- Review the value of all businesses within the group by modelling profitability and other financial performance indicators, as required, and presents this information to the Advisory Board.
- Extensive previous experience in a CFO role at a senior leadership level.
- Substantial experience in senior management decision-making, planning and strategic thinking.
- A proven track record of leading strategically within an organisation, helping to create and execute business plans and strategic roadmaps.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate and ensure the delivery of outcomes. An approachable and respected voice at the table.
- Excellent motivation, coaching and leadership skills.
- The ability to lead and influence change during complexity and pressure.
