Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities:
- Identify operational risks and implement measures to address/mitigate the risk
- Establish and maintain effective relationship and partnership with key stakeholders
- Engage business and operations stakeholders on proposed analytic requirements and solution, leverage on internal and external data to provide data-driven insights in realizing joyful employee and customer journeys
- Provide User Requirements & perform User Acceptance Test/Live Verification on initiatives/production fixes
- Ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standard, timely and accurately
- Handle operational issues and provide escalation to management team
- Challenge status quo and execute changes in an effective manner
- Provide insights through data visualization and presentations to deliver productivity, identify root cause of a situation and to provide actionable insights
- Degree in Business and Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management or related disciplines preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial institutions
- Experience in financial institutions with knowledge of the bank's core operating systems and control standards
- Comprehensive regulatory and banking operations knowledge with proven track records in impact analysis
- Self-driven and proactive, able to work independently as well as a team player
- Strong analytical skills with relevant analytic experience managing large amount of data
- Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills
- Organised and meticulous with an eye for details
- Proficient in Microsoft office especially Microsoft Power Point and Excel
- Work location is Changi Business Park
