Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities Technology Risk Metrics & Dashboards • Drive, develop and manage production of technology risk metrics and key risk indicators. • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Technology units on coordination and collation of metrics reporting. • Design risk metrics performance dashboards for technology risk monitoring, monthly management reporting, quarterly and ad hoc regulatory reporting. • Drive thematic and trend analysis on performance dashboards, risk heatmaps and risk related data. Management & Regulatory Reporting • Support preparation and collation of data for key management, regulatory and business reviews, and presentations: o Business Reviews to CEO, CIO, Board Risk, Group Technology Risk Committee, ad-hoc senior management presentations. o Regulatory and Technology Risk related management reporting including CRAFT, Supervisory College, Technology Risk Forum, and MAS updates. Requirements • At least 8 to 10 years of experience preferably with exposure on risk management and regulatory reporting. • Highly proficient in MS Excel tools and comfortable in working on huge datasets with intermediate data modelling skillsets required. • Strong in PowerPoint presentations and able to craft, design, edit and deliver PowerPoint fast and of high quality. • Appreciates the value in high quality and powerful presentations. • People oriented, process driven and outcome focused. • Meticulous in handling data, hands-on, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines. • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and influencing skills required to drive active and robust stakeholder engagement.
