Looking for a passionate experienced professional in Event planning, organizing and managing to join our team.
The successful candidate should have strong understanding of event arrangements and customer service oriented environment
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Event planning, design and execution while managing all the aspects of the project within time limits
- Organize the facilities and manage event details such is decor, catering, entertainment, equipment, venue, etc
- Negotiating the prices with suppliers and understanding contracts
- Working closely with clients: arrange meetings with potential clients, identifying requirements from clients, paying attention to details to deliver perfectly customized event to the client
- Working within budgets: prepare quotations that will fit client's budget, build a budget sheet
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors and team members
- Proactive approach in tackling any problems during the organizational process
- Compliance with all legal and safety obligations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in Event management field
- Impressive portfolio of previously organized events
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Outstanding time management and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to supervise multiple projects independently
- Advanced user of MS Office
