We are looking for a Social Media Specialist with at least two years of experience to build and execute our social media strategy through competitive research, audience and platform determination, benchmarking and creative.
PROFILE:
Excellent design, photo/video/text editing, and communication skills
Thorough practical knowledge and relevant experience of social media handles
Knowledge of social analytics tools and the ability to prepare usable reports
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major channels
Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented
Good multitasking and organizational abilities
Fluent in English, working Arabic an advantage
DAILY TASKS INCLUDE:
Set up and optimize company pages to increase the visibility of clients' social content
Create editorial calendars
Continuously improve by analyzing social data/metrics and insights
Design, generate and share daily content daily to build meaningful connections and encourage people to take action
Moderate UGC and provide timely feedback in line with Q&As/policies
