Job Key Details 

  • Preferably  with knowledge and experience in Accounts:  Petty Cash Report, AR, AP.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.


Job Requirements

  • Preferable degree holder in Business Administration or above or equivalent 
  •  Minimum 3-5 years of secretarial experience.
  • Preferred candidates should have a high degree of multi tasking and time management capability.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Applicants should have proficiency in MS office and also have a high integrity and ;
  • Willing to work under pressure, ability to prioritize work and adopt to  change.
