To produce daily, weekly and monthly management information and reporting for Operations senior management and key stakeholders.
• To track department KPI’s.
• To produce monthly Global Market Operations (GMO) communications.
• To monitor all audit outstanding’s for GMO.
• To work closely with Operational Compliance team on reporting of issues.
Job Context / Dimensions
To be part of a new team within GMO that centrally reports on GMO work flows, Volumes, KPI’s and issues. To produce regular professional report that is communicated and discussed with senior management and stakeholder in order to continually monitor and improve on operational efficiency.
Tasks
• To be part of a motivated small team.
• Produce, review and add commentary on all GMO management information and reporting, reporting includes: control reporting, TL reporting, Issues and error reporting.
• Produce monthly updates to all stakeholders.
• Review and management of internal SLA’s.
• Monitor internal efficiency versus KPI’s.
• Monitor, manage and ensure that all GMO audit points are resolved in line with the agreed time frame.
• Produce and check daily, weekly and monthly management information reporting.
• Work with Operations Compliance on all issue and error reporting.
• Produce weekly reporting for Global Financial Markets on maturity profiles, roll over deals, expiries etc.
• Produce staff attendance reporting based in information provided by administration team and BMU.
• To track department KPI’s.
• To produce monthly Global Market Operations (GMO) communications.
