To acquire, establish and grow customer relationships to achieve the sales and service targets. To maximize profitability through portfolio growth, market share, customer retention and growth of high value clientele.
Building sales and distribution strategy for the current packages offered by the company.
Building and maintaining market position by developing, locating, defining and positioning our digital marketing solutions.
Support the team in maximizing business opportunities from the portfolio assigned and incorporate new ways and methods to enhance the relationship with clientele.
Increase awareness across all channels and utilize your skills for the benefit of the business.
Accountabilities
Impact on the Business
The Job Holder is responsible for promoting the assigned portfolio. Maintaining the organizational culture and ensuring all service level agreements are met. Drive the portfolio as the "Natural Choice" for clients and project the business development team as the ambassador for the organization.
Customers / Stakeholders
Optimize Customer satisfaction and ensure a professional business development culture is maintained.
Increase awareness of various product & propositions in the market.
