Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects with client, consultant, sub-contractors & internal engineering and design ;
Develop, manage, monitor and lead the entire MEP Design Process for the Project
Manage a team of multinational staff of differing levels and ability
Develop a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on standard forms
Develop a procurement and work schedule for the projects
Coordinate the RCP with the ID team
Prepare, understand and evaluate mechanical and electrical detailed drawings for small scale projects (shops, restaurants, offices) and to ensure the connectivity with the design.
Coordinates the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing elements of all projects and resolve all potential interference and conflicts.
Provides interpretation of plan, detail sheets, and specifications for M/E
Participates in evaluating contractors' proposals on tenders.
Participates in project negotiations with contractors/ bidders.
Visits sites on hand to ensure proper execution.
Compose and document all project electromechanical related paper work
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent Knowledge of HVAC Design
Excellent Knowledge in Computer Applications such as AutoCad, Word, Excel, Outlook
