Job Title: SAP ERP Payroll Consultant Location: Remote Milton Keynes ,UK (some travel may be required to meet with the team in-person for induction at the start and to demonstrate solution at the end of project.) The role The team require a SAP ERP (ECC-6) Functional Payroll Consultant with SME expertise in implementing UK Payroll , Sickness Absence Management Payroll Automation and Changes to Leave Entitlement Policy. Must have Experience in using SAP ERP (ECC – 6)/Business Suite 7 SME working knowledge of UK Payroll , SAP Benefits Module, Payrolling Benefits in Kind, Sickness Absence Management Payroll Automation and Changes to Leave Entitlement Policy. Self starter - work independently and proactively in producing plans, consult where appropriate, skilled in determining the solution and design in independence and deliver knowledge transfer. Stakeholder Management : able to engage stakeholders and facilitate demos where needed Experience of developing test plans (Unit through to User Acceptance Testing) Deliverables Responsibilities but not limited to: Requirements Specifications Functional Design Technical Design (where ABAP development identified as needed) Unit Test Plan Unit Test Results. UAT Test Plan Handover Documentation Additionally, without formal deliverables: Perform configuration. Execute testing. Support to the Business teams during the completion of UAT cycles IR35 As a means of managing tax, commercial and reputational risks, Deloitte prohibits the use of Associates through Personal Service Companies (‘PSCs’).
