Job Description

Assist in defining culture transformation required, design, implement it and nurture it, so it supports the organizational strategy.
Architect and create experiences that prompt mindset shifts.
Work proactively and reactively to facilitate transformation.
Track the cultural health to make sure it's working for - not against - the organization.
Assess the gap between the current culture and the desired culture.
Work with other stakeholders to ensure proper definition of purpose and work on its evolvement if needed, values and behaviours so they support organizational transformation.
Coordinate with related stakeholders to adjust and align any policies, processes and practices that block new ways of working.
Assist in driving mindset and behaviour change with the right communications, training, and talent processes.
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes.
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
Assist in the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
Assess the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
