Job Description The Senior Manager – Cloud & Digital Strategy will help the Cloud/Digital Strategy practice lead (PL) out of Hyderabad/ Bangalore . S/he will be responsible for supporting the PL in managing the relationships with MD’s and Partner’s for the Acceleration Center’s growth, strategic agenda, delivery of projects, staff engagement, capacity planning/management. S/he will build a culture of continuous improvement and will work closely with the business leaders and executive leadership team. Job responsibilities mainly include activities driven towards delivering results – collect and analyze data to provide financial insights into cloud infrastructure, financial budgeting and forecasting of c loud model, support project lead, work directly with project teams and facilitate meetings to enable decision making, organize and prepare recommendations to optimum use of Cloud technology . Position Requirements: Knowledge Preferred PwC’s Cloud & Digital Tech Ops practice focuses on implementation of tools and processes. The practice takes a comprehensive approach to ensure planning, solutioning and design of IT/Cloud operations capabilities are aligned with process, standards, controls and technology requirements. • Proficient in architecting solutions on one or more major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, with a strong focus on financial operations (FinOps). Experienced in capacity forecasting, implementing cloud cost optimization techniques, generating financial reports, and managing workflows.
• Skilled in utilizing cloud billing systems and implementing cost optimization strategies at scale, including leveraging tools like Cost Explorer, Azure Advisor, and Cost Management + Billing, as well as working with APIs such as Azure REST APIs and Consumption APIs.
• Hands-on experience in automating cloud usage and billing reporting, utilizing Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) frameworks like Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Develops and implements effective reporting schemes and metrics to monitor and control cloud usage and billing independently or as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
• Conducts reviews of application architectures to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly evaluate and apply new technologies .
• Actively engages in architecture reviews, implements optimization tactics, and establishes best practices for efficient cloud usage.
• Provides proactive insights and optimization recommendations for customer accounts and subscriptions based on current and future cloud usage trends.
• Proven track record as a FinOps Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Cloud Financial Analyst, with expertise spanning Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud platforms.

• In-depth understanding of cloud economics, pricing models, and cost optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze complex data sets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Familiarity with cloud billing platforms and cost management tools, such as Azure Cost Management, AWS Cost Explorer, and GCP Cost Management.
• Solid grasp of cloud infrastructure, services, and architectures.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in preparing Request For Proposal (RFP)

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Financial Management, Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect) preferred.
• Proven experience as a FinOps SME or Cloud Financial Analyst with a focus on Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud economics, pricing models, and cost optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cloud billing platforms and cost management tools (e.g., Azure Cost Management, AWS Cost Explorer, GCP Cost Management).
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, services, and architecture .
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Applicant should be willing to work from Hyderabad/ Bengaluru ( Bangalore ) locations.
• Applicant should be willing to work in second shift (1pm – 10pm).
