Responsibilities
Supporting the CEO in providing strategic leadership for the organisation’s financial affairs to exceed financial targets managing capital, revenue and operating budgets and costs
Financial strategy development and business planning
Development and management of financial and reporting policies and systems to meet statutory and organisation requirements
Supporting operations in their financial planning and performance measuring budget vs revenue and profit
Liaising with financial institutions for investments and funding
Financial reporting management
Overseeing the audit team
Essential Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 10 experience at senior management level / director level
Minimum 5 – 7 years’ senior management experience in the F&B industry gained in the Gulf region
Strong financial and commercial acumen
Ability to demonstrate risk management
Excellent working knowledge of IFRS
Experience of development and managing business systems and commercial and contractual arrangements
Candidate Profile
Excellent communication skills – fluency in English
Candidates must be living in the UAE
Education
Chartered Accountancy is essential
