• To manage and responsible for the marketing teams and related external vendors.
• To be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives.
• To evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
• To oversee all marketing, PR, advertising, events, promotions and related activities.
• To contribute towards brand and product positioning and develop go to market strategies for new products.

Planning
• Understand the product/s, our target market and the competition
• Develop and update a detailed and focused annual Marketing Plan with budget

Market Intelligence
• Keep a close eye on current and prospective competition
• Submit regular analysis and recommendations on the competition
• Help develop the pricing strategy

Advertising
Plan and execute ads via:
• Online - ad words, facebook, linked in, external websites, etc
• Print - newspapers, magazines, etc
• Email marketing: CFA Emirates, our database, external vendors, etc
• Monitor and optimize lead generation and customer acquisition process

Social Media Networks
• Manage and plan the Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Get to grips with new SMN/Marketing tools and trends
• Developing a focused and detailed SMN Strategy
• Planning and execute regular updates & engagement into all social media networks of the company
• Generally ensure our social media platforms are fresh, relevant, accurate and attractive

Website
• Suggest and execute regular updates to the website
• Overseeing the SEO vendor activities and analysis reports and recommend changes.
• Generally ensure our website is fresh, relevant, accurate and attractive
• A/B testing for web content to optimize customer journey and engagement on the website

Events
Prepare and update an annual calendar of events that we should sponsor/attend
Plan and execute:
• Events – free workshops and Socials with Faculty, Students etc
• Information sessions with Universities
• Involvement in Sponsorships, fairs and exhibitions

Promotions
• Suggest innovative promotion ideas
• Maintain existing promotion schemes
• Conceptualize and launch customer loyalty campaigns and evaluate its impact on customer experience

Collateral
Work with designers and ensure high quality:
• Corporate brochures
• Course brochures (online and print)
• Posters, rollups, banners etc
• Videos

Experience Required:

Qualifications
Essential - Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university
Desirable - MBA in Marketing


Experience
Essential
• At least 3-5 years experience in successfully running integrated marketing campaigns
• Experience in online marketing
• Experience in marketing services, public relations and communications
Desirable
• Experience in the education sector
• Experience of working in the GCC

Skills
• Excellent conceptual clarity on marketing
• Ability to come up with innovative, effective ideas
• Excellent written and spoken English skills and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent design sense
• Intermediate level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Readiness to roll up his/her sleeves and do the low tech/routine work
• Ability to take ownership of a task from start to finish. Manage a project effectively
• Ability to work in a small team. This calls for a high degree of communication and coordination
• Work with minimum supervision and control
• Basic level understanding of digital marketing – PPC advertising, SEO and google analytics
• Cheerful and positive attitude
